This beautiful 1925 home in Winter Park was in need of some TLC when Bausmann Painting showed up. Working closely with the homeowners we not only gave the home a new lease on life we also made some major repairs to the exterior, increasing its curb appeal and leaving our clients amazed with the results.

The exterior of the home hadn’t been cared for in quite some time. The paint was failing all over the house and there was severe water damage and wood rot all around the exterior.

When working with a house that is almost 100 years old you have to pay attention to every detail. That’s why we took extra care in prepping the house for paint. We taped off all the windows, pressure washed and sanded the exterior and removed and replaced rotting wood.

 

 Restoring the front door of this home was one of the most rewarding aspects of this project. Replacing the door original to the house would have cost the homeowner several thousand dollars. Instead we fixed it for them for a fraction of the cost.
